Introducing lessons currently being held at WALNUT Tokyo store, Kyoto store, and online.

After a long time, I decided to hold a needle knitting basic course at the Tokyo store. Therefore, I would like to explain the significance and method of the lecture once again from the lecturer Ochiai.

A question I get a lot is, "I just knitted a few sweaters, can you keep up?"
Of course, I won't teach you how to knit, so it's only natural that you should be able to knit the front and back, and it would be a problem if you didn't know how to increase or decrease the number of stitches or the technique of turning back to some extent. I think you should study hard by asking questions. I don't know drafting at all, no problem. A vague understanding of how gauges are calculated is enough. What is a set-in sleeve? It's okay to think.

I can only say one thing. Only your motivation!

The reason why I started this course is because I want to share my skills with everyone in a short time.
As a rationalist, I hate lazy lectures. We will condense and deliver the necessary matters in 6 times.
Therefore, every time the course is held, the faces of all the students are exhausted and at a loss, but as a result of their hard work, they have completed a wonderful sweater in their own size.

I always find it amusing, but when I give information to the students about the applied course after the basic course is over, almost all of them come.
I can't believe I'm going to take the next lecture even though I'm cornered like that every time!
And by the time I finish the application course, I feel sad that there is no future. I'm glad that you enjoyed it so much, but on the other hand, I'm always sorry that there's no more.

Every time I have homework to come up with a design, I have a lot to do. But I'm sure after this course, a new world of knitting will appear again.

It's almost June, and it's almost time for the rainy season to begin. Many of you may think that you don't like damp days. At times like that, why don't you all get together and have fun knitting while chatting? You don't have to worry about "I don't know all of them" or "I'm still a beginner"! I think the time will pass quickly while talking about wool and knitting.

A glue deco lesson where you can make a glittering accessory in one day! It is held every month.

On March 25th, Kristine Vejar from A Verb For Keeping Warm (AVFKW) came to our Kyoto store and held a plant dyeing workshop. 12 colors of gentle shades of thread have been completed.
