The Acorn Program started the other day, and I think everyone is steadily saving acorns. Some people have told us that they don't know what's changed compared to before and how to use acorns.
First, let’s go over how the new Acorn Program works.
In our online shop:
You can check the number of acorns you have by pressing the "ACORN PROGRAM" button that appears on the home page when logged into your account.
In our brick-and-mortar stores:
At the time of payment, the staff will look up your account using your e-mail address and will also reward acorns for shopping at the store.
If you do not have an account, we will create one for you if you wish.
It's a program with lots of benefits for our customers!
We have received many requests to use the acorns collected in our stores in the online shop. With this system, you can collect acorns in stores and online and use them in the same way for both.
How to use acorns
Once you have collected 500 acorns, you can issue a coupon.
First, press the ACORN PROGRAM icon on the home page to display the screen above. Then press the "Get rewards" button.
If you have collected 500 acorns, a "Use acorns (¥500 rewards) " screen will be displayed, so press the button to use your acorns.
It will ask you if you would you like to redeem a coupon worth ¥500. Press the green check button to redeem.
Your coupon has been redeemed. A button will appear to copy the coupon code to use during checkout.
After that, go shopping on our website and paste the code you copied in the “gift card or discount code” box.
Now, this is the most important part! Once you have applied the code, the screen will appear as above, and the total will change having deducted the coupon amount. Please be sure to check that the total has changed.
If you want to use acorns at the store, please ask the staff.
