Once an order number has been confirmed, it cannot be combined with other order numbers. We ask all customers to follow this rule regardless of the size of the items. We appreciate your kind understanding.

Changes or additions to products cannot be made once an order number has been confirmed. We also do not allow to add Yomirisu.
If you wish to make an addition or correction, you will need to cancel the order number, so please contact us using the form on this page to request a cancellation. Please note that when we receive a request for an addition or correction, we will automatically process the cancellation of the order number.

If you cancel, the product's inventory will be returned, and other customers may purchase it. Please understand this before requesting a cancellation.

We do not offer a ball winding service for skeined yarn purchased through mail order. We have a swift and ball winder available in-store for customers to use themselves. (Please note that we may limit the number of skeins that can be wound depending on store congestion.)

Subscription-based products such as amirisu subscriptions and Supporters Club can be canceled from My Account .
You can cancel your subscription in Account Details > Manage Subscription.
Alternatively, please feel free to let us know using the contact form below and we will stop the service for you.

Ordering by email is a limited service available only to customers who are members of the Supporters Club and pay an annual membership fee (membership is accepted in February and August every year). We will not provide products to customers who are not members of the club.

We accept orders with a promise to ship within 7 business days in order of order number. Please note that this is not 7 days from the date of purchase.
Our store is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so if you place an order on a Tuesday, for example, it will be shipped by the Thursday of the following week.
This is currently the most frequent inquiry we receive. We would appreciate it if you could check your shipping date by comparing the above rules with your order date before making an inquiry.
If 7 business days or more have passed, please refer to "If your package has not arrived" in the Usage Guide.

Tracking numbers are provided in the "Shipping Confirmation Email" that is sent when your order ships.

By clicking on "Tracking Number" in the email, you can immediately check the current delivery status. Additionally, if you register for Yamato Transport's "Kuroneko Members" service, you can easily specify or change the delivery date and time, which is very convenient.

Depending on stock availability and location, packages will ship via Tracked Airmail, DHL Express, or Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS) at a flat rate. (*Some restrictions may apply. Due to shipping issues or carrier restrictions, not all locations may be deliverable.)

Due to shipping disruptions, Japan Post is not accepting packages to certain countries, and other countries may have restrictions on packages. Packages may take longer than the usual estimate to arrive.

Depending on the laws and regulations in your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes when it arrives at your local port of entry.
Whether or not you are charged an import fee, and what it is, usually depends on the country you are sending from, the value of the package, and the contents of the package.

If you are concerned about possible import fees, be sure to check your country's regulations beforehand. For your information, all orders placed through our online shop (amirisu International) are shipped from Kyoto, Japan.
You are responsible for all import taxes, duties and fees incurred. We cannot assist you in paying these fees, nor can we offer any discounts or refunds related to these fees. We do not accept cancellations due to your inability or unwillingness to pay import fees, taxes and duties.

We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer.

Please note that if you cancel your orders multiple times, the bank transfer option will no longer be displayed.

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and looking at your order history.

For customers who pay by bank transfer, the item will be shipped within 7 business days from the date of confirmation of the transfer. Please be aware that this will take longer than credit card payments.

We do not accept reservations for restocked items. We have set up a system on the product page that will automatically send you an email when the item is back in stock, so please use this if you would like to receive a notification.

We receive many inquiries regarding stock and restocks, but we cannot answer inquiries about online or in-store stock availability. If there is an item you wish to purchase, please wait for it to be restocked and use the restock notification system on the product page.
We are unable to hold items in stock at our stores, so even if we check the stock quantity, there is no guarantee that you will be able to purchase it. Therefore, we have decided to discontinue responding to inquiries about stock availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

When purchasing, please write the lot number in the remarks section. Please also let us know what to do if the same lot number of yarn is not available (whether you would still purchase it with a different number or cancel the order). Our representative will check the lot numbers of the stock yarn and contact you.

Please note that even if an item is in stock at a physical store, you cannot purchase it online. Also, we are unable to hold items for in-store pickup.

For security reasons, you cannot change your email address yourself. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the inquiry form. If you provide us with the email address you wish to change, we will update it for you. Please note that we do not send individual notifications after the change has been made.

You can change your address from the "Account Details" section of your account. However, please note that this will not be reflected in the address you registered for your previous orders. If you have previously purchased pre-ordered items such as supporters club items or subscriptions, please contact us using the inquiry form.

Unless otherwise specified, all patterns sold in this shop are written in text format (text pattern format). Please be aware of this before making your purchase.

We offer in-store lessons, so please join us. If it is difficult for you to visit our store, we also offer online knitting consultations, so please make use of those. Our instructors will answer your questions face-to-face using the Zoom online meeting system. Please note that we cannot answer questions via email.

Unlike factory-dyed yarns, hand-dyed yarns are unique, even with the same color name. There may be slight differences from the photos on the online shop, and there may also be some color variations within each skein. Please be aware that returns due to color variations are not accepted.For information on how to care for hand-dyed yarns, please click here.

The kit price includes the pattern fee and kit fee. If you only want to purchase yarn, please do so individually from the respective product pages.

Additionally, if you wish to purchase a pattern with yarn not included in a kit, whether this is possible or not depends on our agreement with the designer. Please read this article on our blog before contacting us for details.

Due to the high volume of daily visitors to our small store, we are unable to hold items in stock for customers. We frequently receive inquiries about in-store stock, but as we cannot reserve items, we will no longer be responding to stock inquiries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
