- If you don't know how to knit the kit

We sometimes receive inquiries about how to read and knit the patterns of the kits, but we cannot answer these questions when you visit us outside of lessons or by email, so please be aware of this before purchasing. The instruction fee is not included in the kit. We would appreciate it if you could come to our lessons or take advantage of our " Online Knitting Consultation ."
- If you think there is an error in your pattern

First of all, please understand that half of the cases where you contact us about an error are due to insufficient checking on the part of the customer. However, it is true that there are few patterns that are perfect from the beginning. If you have any questions, please read this.

Patterns from overseas designers translated by our company
Please check the Ravelry page for the pattern first. There is a good chance that any known errors will be reflected in the translation, but it is also possible that errors were discovered after translation.
If there is no error reported on Ravelry, please contact us. If it is not a translation error, we will contact the designer on your behalf.
The book is sold by our company, but is published by an overseas publisher.
Please contact the relevant publisher or designer directly.
- Inquiry regarding stock

We frequently receive inquiries regarding the arrival of certain products, but we are unable to answer individual inquiries. Please wait for the product to arrive and use the restock notification system on the product page as described above.
- Out of stock

1. In online sales, due to the congestion of the shopping cart, it may happen that the product is available for purchase even if it is out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you, so please understand.
2. As the products in our store are also sold online, the store sales take priority, and even if the payment is completed in the store, the product may be out of stock. In that case, we will contact you and refund your money, suggest an alternative product, or cancel the order. - About winding the balls on the skein

Please note that we are unable to provide a ball winding service for mail order orders. The skein of thread will be sent to you as is. This service is only available to customers who purchase in-store.
- If you want to purchase only the pattern for a kit product

Due to agreements with designers and yarn manufacturers, we cannot sell patterns by themselves. If you would like to knit with yarn or colors different from those included in the kit, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please read this article first.
- About downloading the pattern PDF

You can view your purchased PDF patterns from My Library by logging in to your account.
If you pay by credit card, you can download it immediately, but if you pay by bank transfer, it will be added to your account as soon as we confirm the transfer, so please be aware that it may take some time.
If you fail to download five times, your device will be locked. In that case, we will increase the number of downloads you can make, so please contact us via the contact form .
If you don't know how to download or have trouble downloading repeatedly,please read this first.

- About lesson reservations

Your lesson application will be completed when your payment is confirmed. Please note that in the case of bank transfer, if the transfer is not made within 5 business days, the lesson will be canceled. If you have any problems, please contact us by phone.

- Preventing fraudulent orders

If the orderer's registration/order information does not match the card information used for payment, or if there are any suspicious points, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we may need to verify the customer's identity. Once payment has been confirmed, the item will be shipped via Yamato Transport within 7 business days.

We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or urgent deliveries. All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received and in the order in which payments are confirmed. For mail delivery, you cannot specify a time or date. - About combined shipping and bundling

Once an order number has been confirmed, it cannot be combined with orders obtained under other numbers.
Once an order number has been confirmed, we cannot accept any additions or changes to the same number, as it would be difficult to adjust the stock. If you wish to add or change an item, please cancel the existing order and then place a new order on our online shop.Due to the fact that we outsource our shipping operations, depending on the timing, orders with different product numbers may be shipped together by the shipping company. Please note that in such cases, we do not refund shipping fees.

If you don't receive a shipped item
First, please check that the shipping address you entered is correct.
Next, please check to see if your family members have received the package or if it has been left in a different location than usual.
If you cannot find your package, please contact us via the contact form and we will locate it for you.
If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address being entered by the customer, or if the parcel is returned to us without being received and the storage period has expired, in order to be resent, you will be required to pay the shipping fee again. Thank you for your understanding.
- If your package arrives but the packaging is damaged

If the package is damaged, please inform the delivery company of the tracking number. The same applies if the outer box is only slightly damaged, but the contents appear to have been damaged due to improper handling during delivery.
Once we receive contact from the delivery company, we will send you the replacement item.
- Domestic shipping charges

1. For regular shipping, the shipping fee is 880 yen (tax included) nationwide . For mail delivery or Nekopos, an additional 341 yen (tax included) will be charged. Shipping fees are automatically calculated when you shop, so please check that. Please note that shipping fees cannot be changed.
2. Shipping is free for digital data.
3. If the total amount of your order is 22,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping will be free.
4. Regardless of the shape of the product, if the subtotal amount is 5,500 yen (tax included) or more, we will ship it by courier service.
5. We will use mail or Nekoposu for books, fabrics, etc. as much as possible, but if the item is thick, we will send it by courier. Some books are too large to fit in the post, so Nekoposu cannot be used. - About international shipping

Orders over 40,000 yen ship free* anywhere in the world.
Orders under JPY 40,000 will be shipped via tracked airmail, DHL Express, or Japan Post's Express Mail Service (EMS) at a flat rate, depending on availability and location. (*Some restrictions may apply. We may not be able to deliver to all locations due to transportation issues or carrier restrictions.)
Due to disruptions to shipping, Japan Post is not accepting packages to some countries and may have restrictions on packages to other countries. Packages may take longer to arrive than normally estimated.Regarding EMS, tracking may not work well depending on the recipient's country of residence. This is not the responsibility of Japan Post, but a problem with the postal system of the recipient's country. Please note that Amirisu cannot take any responsibility for this.
- About customs duties when shipping overseas

Normally, customs duties and import consumption taxes are applied to international shipments. The amount of tax that is applied to each product and the amount of the customs-free amount vary depending on the laws and regulations of the country where you live.
Whether or not taxes are charged, and how much they are, usually depends on the country you are sending from, the value of the package, and the contents of the package.
If you are concerned about the amount you will be charged, be sure to check your country's regulations beforehand. For your information, all orders placed through our online shop (amirisu International) are shipped from Kyoto, Japan.
You are responsible for all import taxes, duties and fees incurred. We cannot assist you in paying these fees, nor can we offer any discounts or refunds related to these fees. We do not accept cancellations due to your inability or unwillingness to pay import fees, taxes and duties. - Cancellation of regular products

You can cancel your order free of charge up until the following times. If you cancel after the specified time, the delivery company will start preparing the shipment, so it will be difficult to stop the shipment and a handling fee will be charged.

- Cancellation of pre-ordered items

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations for pre-ordered items.
If a payment deadline is set when you make a reservation, and payment is not confirmed within that deadline, your order, including the reserved item, will be automatically canceled. If you make payment after the deadline for a canceled order, the item will not be ordered, so you will not be able to pick it up when it arrives. - Cancellation Notice

Please note that if we determine that there is a serious reason that makes it difficult to continue providing services due to inappropriate behavior on the part of the customer or disruption to other customers, we may suspend the provision of services to the customer, even if the lesson is in the middle of the session.
In the above cases, we will promptly refund your payment minus the amount of the services you have received.For events such as workshops, please refer to the details on the respective application pages.
- Returnable Products

Please note that we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.
If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a shipping error on our part or a defective product, please feel free to contact us using the contact form .
After that, please send the original item back to us, and we will check the contents and send you a new item. The original item must be in the same condition as when it arrived, but we ask that you please let us know your situation first.
- If the product is defective

1. If the product is defective, we will exchange it, so please contact us via the contact form within 5 days of receiving the product. If we do not have the replacement product in stock, we will refund your money. *For damage during delivery, please see "About Shipping" → "If the package arrives but the packaging itself is damaged".
2. We try to show the actual colors of the products in the photos as accurately as possible, but due to the nature of web technology, the colors may vary depending on the settings of the device. We cannot accept exchanges for products that are different from the images.
3. We cannot accept returns for the reasons of "color fading, hair flying, and color differences due to skeins" of hand-dyed yarn, since these are characteristics of hand-dyed yarn and not defects. Please understand the characteristics of hand-dyed yarn on this page before making your purchase.

Recently, we have seen cases where products purchased from our company are being sold on resale sites. Only our company has the right to sell the Japanese language patterns attached to the kits, and reselling them is illegal. In addition, using photos and text used by our company without permission is also illegal. If we discover any sales, we will report it to the site, and if personal information is confirmed, we will refuse any future transactions, so please be aware of this.
- Changing or deleting your account
