But there are an infinite number of things I want to knit! I have lots of yarn! I can always visualize what I want to knit. In this series, I will introduce some patterns that I am interested in at the moment.
This time it's Rui Yamamuro's Fresca Top. It looks like it's been crocheted, but it's actually knitted, making it a trendy top with holes. However, it's not a mesh top, but rather has a moderate amount of elegant holes scattered throughout, and the neckline and armholes are beautifully made with I-cord. It's a piece that is so typical of Rui, as you would expect. The specified yarn is cashmere silk, but this looks good for knitting with Parade! It could be cute if knitted in hand-dyed yarn, but I'm prioritizing the finish and going for a solid color. I'm in the mood for pale purple Sophia at the moment.
