Stephen West Fair @ WALNUT Kyoto Store Information

August 14, 2016

I got the cutest yarn!
Have you checked out the Hedgehog Fibers thread yet?

Colorful threads for summer. I want to enjoy the shiny color matching.
Let's play with color matching, so we will hold a Stephen West fair at the Kyoto store.

Stephen West Fair @ WALNUT Kyoto

Stephen West, who is very popular in the shop.
Mystery KAL at Ravelry is also popular, and everyone is knitting it.
A unique design that surprises even when you look at the photo (?). Knitting is also interesting.
In order to get a taste of his worldview, amirisu's first designer special fair will be held!

Address: 745 Kikuya-cho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto (Wakamiya-dori Matsubara Ueru) Building 2F.
Phone: 075-708-7210 (Please call the shop during opening hours.)

・Date and time
8/19 (Fri) - 8/27 (Sat)
*8/21 (Sun) and 22 (Mon) are closed due to regular holidays.

・Sales of content kits…We will sell kits with threads selected by amirisu for shawls designed by Stephen West.
Yarn sales: Hedgehog Fibers, Madelinetosh TML, and other yarns that Stephen often chooses as designated yarns will be on sale. We have a lot of TML in stock!
Display of samples…We will display samples borrowed from Mr. Knitter.

Samples will include Rockefeller , Ribron , Outer Space , Striped Esjan , Exploration Station , Meandering Shawl , and more.

I don't think there are many opportunities to gather so many samples of one designer's work.
Holding the sample in one hand and the thread in the other, you can choose the thread while imagining the finished product.

Please come and enjoy the glittering Stephen West world!
