What, if any, challenges did you encounter during the design process?
The design process went very smoothly since the theme was clearly defined from the beginning.
If you were to knit this design in another color, what would it be?
I would choose deep green because it has vibrant feeling like a lush forest full of life. It’s also one of my favorite colors.
How did you start your knitting journey?
My knitting journey began during a craft class in middle school. My very first piece was a scarf, and I fell in love with knitting ever since. I was so passionate about it that I even knit while waiting for the bus after school–I sometimes got so absorbed that I missed the bus! I later combined my drawing skills with knitting design, allowing me to turn my ideas into actual creations. Designing brings me a deep sense of accomplishment and joy.
What is your New Year’s resolution?
My New Year’s resolutions are to design my own sweater and plan an overseas trip to relax and find new inspiration.
What are your favourite gardens or parks?
Kenting National Park in Taiwan. The stunning natural scenery of the mountains and the sea is truly fascinating and captivating.
