7回目となるamirisuリトリート、今年も奈良で開催します。
奈良は日本最古の都のひとつで、世界遺産もたくさんあります。自然豊かで、リラックスした時間を楽しむことができるはず。amirisuの拠点のひとつに、世界中の人々をお招きできることをとても楽しみにしています。

ワークショップ
(1) ミムラトモミさんと小さな羊を作るワークショップ。これから出る書籍に掲載されているものを、ひと足さきに作ります。
(2) La Bien Aiméeのオーナー、エイミー・ジルさんによるインターシャショールのワークショップ。パターンは去年エイミーが来日時にデザインしていたもので、リトリートで初お披露目になります。
その他：料亭菊水楼でのお食事など。詳細のタイムテーブルはまだ調整中です。楽しい企画を色々考えています！

料金はお部屋により異なります。詳細は下記をご覧ください。

基本は2人部屋ですが、少しですがシングルルームもご利用いただけます。2人部屋のお部屋のマッチングはこちらで行いますが、一緒に参加されるご友人がいらっしゃいましたらお申し込み時にお知らせください。
また、リトリートには参加されないご家族やお友達と一緒に宿泊されたい方はご相談ください。お食事の有無によって費用が変わります。

お食事について：朝昼夕食各2回付き。アレルギーのある方は事前にお知らせください。朝食はMiroku Hotelにて、くるみの木のオーナー石村 由起子さんプロデュースの朝ごはんをお召し上がりいただけます。昼食はランチボックス、夕食はバッフェスタイルのイタリアンと、奈良が誇る料亭での和食です。

ご注意ください：奈良の中心街、奈良町エリアを使ったイベントとなっており、ホテルとワークショップ会場など場所が離れております。基本徒歩で移動していただくことになります（およそ15分くらい）。今年は散策はありません。

お支払い方法：必ず銀行振り込みでお願いいたします。お申し込み時は0円です。お支払いはお申し込み確定後、後日請求をお送りいたします。支払い期限は請求から10日後です。海外からのお客様のみPayPalでお支払いいただけます。

キャンセルポリシー：8月31日キャンセル分までは全額返金いたします。それ以降は以下のキャンセル料をいただきます。

9/14まで：料金の15%
それ以降~3日前まで：料金の50%
2日前〜当日：料金の80%

ただし他に参加者が見つかった場合は、9/15 以降のキャンセルでも15%のキャンセル料のみ頂戴いたします。返金にかかる手数料はお客様負担となります。

リトリートに参加しない家族・お友達を同伴する場合：ご希望のお部屋を1個ご購入の上、備考欄に同伴希望の旨お知らせください。追って、費用をご案内いたします。部屋数に限りがありますので、ご希望のお部屋をご用意できないことがございます。ご了承のほどお願いいたします。

We are going to host our 7th retreat this autumn and we are excited to welcome you to Nara again!

Nara is one of the oldest former capitals of Japan and is full of World Heritage sites. Although Nara is only half an hour from Kyoto and Osaka, you can enjoy a relaxing time surrounded by nature. We are very excited to bring people from all over the world to one of amirisu’s bases again this year.

Max capacity is 36 people, and usually fills up very quickly, so please be ready to sign up!

Workshops
(1) Workshop with embroidery artist Tomomi Mimura (@mimstermade). We’ll get an early look at a project from her upcoming book and create colorful mini sheep using her distinctive style of mosaic darning.
(2) Intarsia shawl workshop with Aimée Gille, owner of La Bien Aimée. Designed by Aimée during her visit to Japan last year, this new shawl pattern will make its debut at our retreat.
Other: Dinner at the beautiful traditional Japanese restaurant Kikusuiro Ryotei and more. The detailed timetable is still being worked out. We are planning a variety of fun activities!

Price: 127,500 yen - 139,000 yen with tax

Prices vary by room. See below for details.

Basically, all rooms are double occupancy rooms, but there are a few single rooms available. We will arrange your roommate, but if you have a friend who will participate with you, please let us know.
Also, please contact us if you would like to stay with accompanying family or friends who will not participate in the retreat. The cost will change depending on whether or not they join us for meals.

About meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included twice each. In the morning, you can enjoy a breakfast produced by Yukiko Ishimura, the owner of Kuruminoki, at Miroku Hotel. Lunch boxes will be provided in the afternoons and dinner will be buffet-style Italian one night and Japanese cuisine at a famous Nara restaurant the other. We may not be able to arrange for special diet foods.

Note: This retreat will take full advantage of Naramachi, the center of Nara, and the hotel and workshop venues will be relatively far apart. As a rule, participants will have to walk (about 15 minutes). Please be prepared to walk.

Payment: Please pay by bank transfer. It is 0 yen at the time of application. Invoice will be sent after confirmation of application. Payment is due 10 days after invoice. Only customers from overseas can pay with PayPal.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made before August 31st. After that, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

Until 9/14: 15% of the fee
After that ~3 days before: 50% of the fee
2 days before to the day: 80% of the fee

However, if other participants are found, only a 15% cancellation fee will be charged even if canceled after 9/15. Customer will be responsible for the refund fee.

If you would like a single room: Please Choose (E) Standard Queen (Single Room). Due to the limited number of rooms, it is not possible to change to a single room later.

If you have accompanying family or friends who will not participate in the retreat: Please select one room of your choice and let us know in the remarks column that you would like to share it with your guest. We will let you know the cost later. Due to the limited number of rooms, we may not be able to prepare your desired room.
