This is DARUMA Kogin Thread.

"Kogin" is a sashiko technique that was born in the Tsugaru region of Aomori Prefecture during the Edo period to reinforce and make fabrics warmer. Counting an odd number of stitches to match the vertical weave will create a beautifully patterned fabric. The characteristic of Kogin thread is that it has no luster, and when it is embroidered on cloth, the pattern emerges plumply. It is made with particular attention to the number of threads and the twist.

"Non Dyed" is "unbleached yarn". It is a thread that has not been dyed and has the rustic texture of spun cotton. The fact that the cotton seeds that look like black dots are mixed in is also a unique feature of unbleached threads.
