Tiehua, a cowl with a beautiful diamond geometric pattern.
The design was inspired by the pattern (iron flower) of the decorative iron grids that decorate the windows of old private houses and buildings in Taiwan. Patterns and textures are created by twisting and cable knitting, and by finishing it into a three-dimensional knitted fabric, a beautiful iron lattice of a window is expressed.
It is knitted with Brooklyn Tweed Peerie, which has elasticity and a slight sheen, so the pattern comes out beautifully. The vertical lines are backfiring and the cowl is angled as if it were folded.
Start with a stitch that can be unraveled later, and knit with double stitches while looking at the chart. Pick up the stitches from the created stitches and sew them together with the stitches at the end of knitting.
