The July workshop (@Kyoto store) was a summery project.

Macrame Knitting Workshop: Plant Hanger
Make a stylish plant hanger.
You can carefully learn macrame knitting, which is thought to be difficult.
It can be done with basic knitting methods, so even beginners can do it. Once you've learned it, you'll be able to knit the perfect hanger for your pot.

For the May workshop (@Kyoto store), we decided on items that are typical of early summer.
We have prepared both stick knitting and crochet knitting. Please come and visit us.
This is a sock knitting workshop that was held earlier at the Tokyo store and was well received.
I chose Footie Socks, which are perfect for the coming season, from the "book of socks knitted with popular Ravelry patterns". It is a foot cover type sock on the cover.
Since it is knitted with silk blend Tern, it is also good for summer indoor wear as a countermeasure against air conditioning.

Information on Tenchi Workshop @ Japan Hobby Show
Recently, the sunlight has become the glare of early summer.

Enjoy the colors! So, Walnut Kyoto has about 90 colors of Jamieson's Shetland Spindrift. When I put them side by side (it was surprisingly difficult...), it was quite spectacular. Please take a look at the shop and choose.
To commemorate the arrival (?), we will hold the first Fair Isle Fair at Walnut Kyoto. We will exhibit a sample of Fair Isle and prepare a kit for you.
