A DK-weight round yoke sweater adorned with playful bobbles. Olerki means “poem” in Basque, and the large bobbles and lace motif are arranged in a flowing rhythm, like lines of verse. The side slits in the hem ribbing give it versatility. Try pairing it with different bottoms for endless styling options.
The sweater has a seamless yoke construction and is worked from top to bottom. Once the yoke is knitted, the body and then the sleeves are worked separately. The sleeves can be worked using the magic loop method, or using DPNs. Optional short rows are worked to raise the back if preferred.
