Many people may say, "The first Stephen shawl I knitted was Exploration Station." Shawls are so colorful and knitted freely! It's the first place that makes you open your eyes.
Start with an I-cord cast-on and widen the first section using flechage stitches and pick-up stitches. The next section is a two-color brioche, followed by stripes with gliding and texture. A final chevron-shaped border is knitted in an accent color and ends with an I-cord bind-off.
A design that allows you to enjoy all of the 4 colors of thread, using all the familiar techniques for Stephen's shawls. We have prepared a kit with eye-popping color matching that you can enjoy both the first and the second.
