Start knitting from the back, knit back and forth towards the shoulders, then separate the left and right shoulders and knit the front shoulders respectively. Make a slit in the center of the front body, connect the left and right fronts and continue knitting to the underarms. Knit the back body to the underarms, connect the front and back, and knit in the round to the hem. The knit with short rows to create a downward curve at the back. For the sleeves, pick up from the armhole, use short rows for shaping, then knit in the round toward the cuff. At the cuff, create a slit by working back-and-forth. Finally, add buttons and button loops to the slit in the center of the front and the cuffs of both sleeves.
