Kyoka is a triangular shawl knit using amirisu Parade.

The right half has a stockinette stitch pattern, which changes to a ribbed stitch pattern as it approaches the left edge, creating a ripple effect. When you hold it up to the light, you can see the change in the pattern thanks to the elegant shine of Parade. With some extra care working the edges, the pattern creates graceful movement and drape.

Knitting with only two skeins of Parade, so it's the perfect size to wrap around your neck to protect yourself from the air conditioning or the sun in the warmer months.

Work from right to left. Start with Garter Tab Cast On, increase stitches as you work the pattern chart until you reach the deepest point of the triangle. Continue decreasing stitches as you work the chart until you reach the left edge.
