Arborea is a semi-circular shawl featuring lace and mesh patterns, depicting the plant cycle from bud to flower and fruit.
This shawl has an unusual and curious shape.
It's written to be knitted with three wedges to create a deep crescent shape, but you can also make it a semi-circle with two wedges. You can also adjust the volume by repeating the border pattern or increasing/decreasing the number of chart repeats, making it suitable for advanced knitters who are tired of simply following patterns.
Flow is a luxurious blend of baby alpaca, silk, and cashmere, making it a soft yarn with a subtle sheen. Its airy lightness, which gently drapes on the skin, makes it perfect for a large shawl.
