Miki Teragaki has released her first pattern book, Knit Pop: Designs for the Modern Maker , through Laine today.
Congratulations, Miki!!
Miki is known for her fashionable, original, and easy-to-knit designs. Knit Pop is a book filled with Miki's unique style, and as the subtitle "for the Modern Maker" suggests, it features 16 stylish patterns that will help you achieve a modern look when you wear them.
The excitement is already building even without any effort, but to further promote the release, amirisu will be holding a Knit Pop fair in Tokyo in June and in Kyoto in July!!
Thanks to Miki's generosity, we will be able to borrow all samples to display, and we also plan to sell kits. It will be a while after the book is published, but please come and visit us. We think it would be fun if you brought your own works in progress and we could all show each other.

Knit Pop Event

*To avoid overcrowding, the store will be closed and reservations will be required. Those who do not purchase tickets will not be allowed to enter. Thank you for your understanding.

About the event
There are three types of events being held this time.
①Pop-up Shop with Miki
Miki will be at the shop for the first hour. You can get autographs, take photos, and chat with her. Have a great time. We have set aside an hour and a half for the whole session, so you can take your time shopping after the autograph session.
Capacity: 20 people per session (1.5 hours per session)
Price: 550 yen
② Personal Shopping
This is an event where you can shop one-on-one with Miki. Please come and think about what you would like to knit from the works featured in Knit Pop. Miki will help you choose yarn and colors. You may discover color combinations that you would never have thought of on your own, or she may give you a push.
Four people can apply for a one-hour slot, with 15 minutes per person.
Price: 2500 yen
③ Talk Live
We will hear from Miki about the production of Knit Pop, including how the book came to be, the design process, and the difficulties she faced. Mari, who supported the book's production, will also be joining us as a special guest! We're sure to hear some valuable stories.
*This session will not be streamed on YouTube.

2. WALNUT Kyoto
Dates: July 18th (Fri) and July 19th (Sat), 2025
We are currently planning events similar to those held at the Tokyo store.
The schedule and other details will be announced at a later date. For those in the Kansai area, please wait a little longer.

*There are three types of events this time, but each person can purchase one of each . In order to allow as many customers as possible to participate, it is not permitted to purchase multiple tickets for the same event.
Please note that if you purchase multiple tickets for the same event, your reservations will be automatically cancelled.
*We expect a large number of applications for this event. We are preparing and updating the system as much as possible, but if we receive too many orders, there is a possibility that some items may be out of stock even though they were listed on the system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we will contact you (notice of cancellation) as soon as we become aware of a shortage. If you receive a cancellation notice, we would appreciate it if you would consider purchasing one of the remaining items as soon as possible.
