what are you knitting now? 〜Dawa Knitted with mYak Baby Yak Lace〜

今何編んでる? 〜mYak Baby Yak Laceで編むDawa〜

The knitting introduction of the staff after a long time is Dawa knitted by Mari from the Tokyo shop!

This pattern was just released last month by yamagara , who is familiar with the magazine amirisu.
The front and back bodice has rib and lace patterns, but it's casual and mature, and you'll fall in love with it.

Mari was approached by yamagara, and this time she is in charge of the test knit! "I was very happy and I was looking forward to the start date!"

The test knit can be knitted with any thread and any color, but yamagara's sample was wonderful, so I chose the same mYak Baby Yak Lace Oatmeal without hesitation .

Like this, there is also a cable pattern on the shoulder part of the back body. First, knit the cable part, pick up the front and back body from the edge, and continue knitting with top-down back and forth knitting.

The patterned part is double stitched, but the side is single stitched, so it has a transparent feel and a light finish.
Some people knitted only the sides and hem in different colors (you can see this by logging into your Ravelry account). This arrangement is so cute.

Mr. yamagara's pattern is always very easy to understand, and this time there was no particular difficulty. Since it was a test knit, he took a gauge and checked the size many times along the way.

Whether you wear it casually with jeans or layer it over a beautiful dress, it's a design you'll want to wear every day.

Mari is a big fan of mYak, so if she were to knit another one, she would like to knit it again with the same yarn in Burgundy or Dusty Pink . mYak yarn is made from high-quality yak hair from the Tibetan plateau, so it is soft and has the best texture.

Everyone please try it!

But honestly, it might be hot in Japan's humid summer. We recommend layering it over a T-shirt at the beginning of autumn, or wearing it over a knit in the winter.
