コロナ禍でしばらく開催できていなかったリトリートがついに復活です！
今回は初めて奈良での開催です。定員は30名で、例年すぐに満席になってしまいますので、お早めにお申し込みくださいね。
奈良は日本最古の都のひとつで、その歴史は西暦710年まで遡り、世界遺産もたくさんあります。自然豊かで、リラックスした時間を楽しむことができるはず。amirisuの拠点のひとつに、世界中の人々をお招きできることをとても楽しみにしています。
また、今回はスペシャルな企画をご用意。La Bien Aiméeのオーナー、Aimée Gillesさんが参加の予定で、リトリート参加者向けにLa Bien Aiméeのミニポップアップイベントを予定しています。

日程：2023年9月30日8:00 AM ～ 10月2日11:30 AM（2泊）
会場：奈良Miroku / amirisu奈良オフィス / 奈良市街地
ワークショップ：京都の老舗紙器メーカーBox & Needleによるお道具箱ワークショップ、茶道体験、歴史的な名所旧跡のガイド付き散策
お部屋について：料金はお部屋により異なります。基本は2人部屋です。お部屋のマッチングはこちらで行いますが、一緒に参加されるご友人がいらっしゃいましたらお申し込み時にお知らせください。

お食事について：朝昼夕食各2回付き。アレルギーのある方は事前にお知らせください。朝食はMiroku Hotelにて、くるみの木のオーナー石村 由起子さんプロデュースの朝ごはんをお召し上がりいただけます。昼食はランチボックス、夕食はバッフェスタイルのイタリアンと、奈良が誇る料亭での和食です。
留意事項：例年とは異なり、今回は奈良の中心街、奈良町エリアをフルに使ったイベントとなっており、ホテルとワークショップ会場など場所が離れております。基本徒歩で移動していただくことになります（およそ15分くらい）。また、奈良公園までガイド付き散策を行います。歩く覚悟でご参加いただけますよう、お願いいたします。
お支払い方法：銀行振り込みでお願いいたします。
例年参加者の皆さまから「ワークショップの予定がぎっしりでゆったりしにくい」とのご意見をいただいており、今回は少しゆったり目に予定を組んでいます。お気に入りの場所を見つけたら、みんなで編み物時間を楽しんでいただけたら、と思っています。
キャンセルポリシー：8月31日キャンセル分までは全額返金いたします。それ以降は以下のキャンセル料をいただきます。
9/14まで：料金の15%
それ以降~3日前まで：料金の50%
2日前〜当日：料金の80%
ただし他に参加者が見つかった場合は、9/15以降のキャンセルでも15%のキャンセル料のみ頂きます。返金手数料はお客様負担となります。
Our popular retreat is finally back!
We are going to host another retreat in coming autumn, this time in Nara. Max capacity is 30, and usually fills up very quickly, so please be ready to sign up!
Nara was one of the oldest capitals of Japan, dates back to 710 AD, and is full of World Heritages. Although Nara is only half an hour from Kyoto and Osaka, you can enjoy lots of nature and relaxing time. We are very excited to bring people from all over the world to one of amirisu's bases.

Selling date: July 1, 2PM Japan Time (6AM UTC+1 , June 30, 10PM PDT)

Retreat date: September 30 (8:00 AM) ～ October 2 (11:30 AM), 2023 (2 nights)
Venue: Nara Miroku Hotel / amirisu Nara Office / downtown Nara
Workshop: Knitting tool box making (workshop by Box & Needle, a paper company in Kyoto), Japanese Tea Ceremony, and walking tour of historic sights
Price: 112,200 JPY〜154,000JPY (tax incl.) depending on your room. Double occupancy rooms, but single rooms are available at additional costs (36,465 JPY). If you would like to stay with family or friends who will not be attending the retreat, please feel free to consult with us.

Meals: Two breakfast, two lunches and two dinners are included in the price. Please let us know if you have food allergies. Special diets may be difficult to offer this time.
Important note: Unlike our previous retreats, this event will be held in the entire old town Nara (Naramachi). The distant between the hotel and the workshop venue is about 12~13 min. walk. There will be a guided walking tour, too, so please be ready to walk a lot.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund until August 30 (August 31 in Japan). After that, the following fee will be charged.
~ September 14 (in Japan): 15% of the retreat fee
~ 3 days before the event: 50% of the fee
Anytime after that: 80% of the fee
If anyone takes your spot instead, we will only charge you 15% cancellation fee. We will deduct the transaction fee for refunding.
We often get feedbacks that the schedule was too tight, so this time we are trying to plan this event as relaxing as possible, with lots of knitting time. We hope you'll find a favorite spot to knit in Nara!
