About the Basic Needle Knitting Course
March 06, 2020
After a long time, I decided to hold a needle knitting basic course at the Tokyo store. Therefore, I would like to explain the significance and method of the lecture once again from the lecturer Ochiai.
A question I get a lot is, "I just knitted a few sweaters, can you keep up?"
Of course, I won't teach you how to knit, so it's only natural that you should be able to knit the front and back, and it would be a problem if you didn't know how to increase or decrease the number of stitches or the technique of turning back to some extent. I think you should study hard by asking questions. I don't know drafting at all, no problem. A vague understanding of how gauges are calculated is enough. What is a set-in sleeve? It's okay to think.
I can only say one thing. Only your motivation!
The reason why I started this course is because I want to share my skills with everyone in a short time.
As a rationalist, I hate lazy lectures. We will condense and deliver the necessary matters in 6 times.
Therefore, every time the course is held, the faces of all the students are exhausted and at a loss, but as a result of their hard work, they have completed a wonderful sweater in their own size.
I always find it amusing, but when I give information to the students about the applied course after the basic course is over, almost all of them come.
I can't believe I'm going to take the next lecture even though I'm cornered like that every time!
And by the time I finish the application course, I feel sad that there is no future. I'm glad that you enjoyed it so much, but on the other hand, I'm always sorry that there's no more.
Every time I have homework to come up with a design, I have a lot to do. But I'm sure after this course, a new world of knitting will appear again.
If you want to learn technology in a short time, let's study together.

News of cashless, consumer return system
December 18, 2019
I think everyone knows that the cashless consumer return system has started with the consumption tax being reduced to 10%.
Amirisu can already use this system at the WALNUT Kyoto and Tokyo stores, but we have been trying various things to see if this system can be used at the online shop as well.
However, the system has finally started with PayPal, so I'm excited to introduce it to everyone.
Currently, online shop payments are either bank transfer or PayPal. I often get asked, "Can't I use a credit card?"
PayPal is a system that can be used as a credit card function. PayPal is one of the world's most convenient and secure card payment services, where once you register your card with PayPal, you can buy things with just one click.
Recently, even if you do not have a credit card, if you register your bank account with PayPal, you can use it like a credit card.
If you register with PayPal, you can buy patterns on Ravelry, isn't it? I've also been on PayPal for 10 years to use it on Ravelry.
Currently, if you enter your PayPal account and make a payment when shopping at the amirisu online shop, you will receive a 5% reduction. 5% of your purchase will be returned to your PayPal balance. Well amazing!
Click here for details . We look forward to your purchases with PayPal.

About the "writing patterns" course
July 04, 2019
This is Tokuko. I'm sure you all have some concerns about starting a new course, so I'd like to answer them in the form of questions first!
・Where should I start? If you have never written a sentence pattern before, please start with the beginner's edition.
For those who have written even once, this is for beginners. If you want to know the size development of the wear, please start from the intermediate level.
・Will I be able to write patterns after reading this? To write a pattern, you first need a design. If you can do that, I think anyone can write patterns.
・Isn't it difficult to expand the size?
If you can use Excel, it's honestly not that hard to deploy. I think it's more difficult to write a pattern with size expansion in mind. I will tell you in detail, including here and there.
That's what it feels like.
I think the best thing about being able to write patterns is that people can knit their own designs. It makes me happier than I thought.
If you can speak English, the world will spread further. Don't worry, even if you can't speak English, as long as you deliver the sentence pattern, amirisu also has a service to translate it into English .
Once you become famous on Ravelry and Instagram, you will start receiving calls from overseas magazines, yarn shops, and manufacturers. Everyone is really looking at it, so you should be able to find it soon!
Also, if you are running a classroom, you can make your own design into a pattern and use it as a workshop to attract customers. Relying on other people's designs can be quite difficult. That's the immediate solution.
In fact, you can knit a lot of patterns anyway, and the more experience you have, the better you will be able to write patterns, but I will teach you that experience first.
If you aspire to be a designer, please give it a try.
