Paddle is 50% superwash merino, 50% tencel fingering weight yarn (slightly thicker, so sport weight gauge depending on needle size). It contains tencel, so it has a silky luster.
Smooth and soft to the touch. It has a beautiful drape, so it is recommended for knitting lace shawls.
