Wanderlust Linen New Collection (2)
Today I would like to introduce the other two items from the new collection using Wanderlust Linen. We asked Mr. Mizuho Komiya, a designer who is also a teacher at the Kyoto store, about the points of design.
First, Tasman in the top photo.
“This sleeveless pullover is finished with a slightly high gauge so that it can be worn alone. The button on the back is a point of design, and it is also a practical place that makes it easy to put on and take off.
I designed it with the idea that it would be nice if the wide hem gives a classic and cute impression, but the bi-color combination creates a new and innovative image. I would be happy if you could think of your favorite color combination. ”
Aside from the hem, it's a nice piece that is full of attention to detail, such as the contrast color that you can see at a glance, and the back with small buttons lined up.
The second is Hillary. Margaret with a border pattern.
“Wanderlust Linen is wrinkle-resistant and easy to carry. It’s cute when paired with a fluffy sleeveless dress in summer!
It's a very simple and easy shape, so it's recommended for those who are a little hesitant to knit linen. ”
If you slip this Margaret in your bag, it will definitely be useful as a sunshade and air conditioner!
I'm really looking forward to seeing what kind of color combinations you will knit with both designs.
