A summer tradition for amirisu! A lace shawl fair will be held at WALNUT Kyoto and WALNUT Tokyo!

Lace shawls knitted with thin yarn protect you from the summer sun and air conditioning, and best of all, they're not too hot to knit. That's why amirisu strongly recommends lace shawls for knitting from early summer to summer. At the exhibition, samples made so far and shawls knitted by staff will be gathered, so it's quite a sight to see. You might find a piece you've always wanted to knit.

We will also be exhibiting the Field Shawl (by Megumi Sawada), which was just released for sale the other day, borrowing a piece from Megumi.
This is a cute circular shawl with a pattern that makes you feel the wildflowers, trees, and wind. A kit with online lessons is also available for purchase until June 1st. It explains techniques unique to circular shawls, such as how to knit in a circle and how to knit edging, so it is recommended for beginners. Please check it out.
