In Kyoto, signs of spring are beginning to be felt. The plum buds are puffy. Even though I'm excited, amirisu still wants to knit wool! I'm doing my best to give you the speed of knitting.

The Kyoto store will be holding a fair to collect natural wool to create yarns that are suitable for these three cold and four warm climates, and gentle woolen yarns that are suitable for early spring.

The theme of this issue is Winter Blues. The atmosphere is completely different from the previous issue, and the style is based on the image of winter blue. The works were all patterns using 2 to 3 colors.

Following the well-received exhibition at the Tokyo store (thank you all for coming to our store!), we will also hold an exhibition at the Kyoto store.
All the works that appear in the magazine will be exhibited. Please try on a sample and check the size. Of course we also sell magazines. Kits are also available for some works.

It seems that the day when it will be completely cold and I will put out a thick coat is near.
Winter coats tend to be basic colors.
There are probably many people who knit small items that use colorful yarns to accentuate their colors.

Enjoy the colors! So, Walnut Kyoto has about 90 colors of Jamieson's Shetland Spindrift. When I put them side by side (it was surprisingly difficult...), it was quite spectacular. Please take a look at the shop and choose.


To commemorate the arrival (?), we will hold the first Fair Isle Fair at Walnut Kyoto. We will exhibit a sample of Fair Isle and prepare a kit for you.
