Notice of events after March
Flower season has arrived. At my house, the camellia that had been in bud since last autumn finally opened its flowers this morning. Kyoto will be in full bloom with plum blossoms, camellias, and cherry blossoms.
Well, I'm sorry for the delay in posting the manuscript for issue 7, but I've updated the WALNUT calendar. At the end of March, we are planning to take a day or two off for inventory. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Sock Summit <br>An event where a large number of socks are exhibited together. Please come and see the interesting hand-knitted socks that you don't usually see. For details, please see the blog on February 24th. WS has a few names.
knit cafe
We will be holding a knit cafe (night) again this month! Reservations are not required, but if you are concerned about securing a seat, please let us know.
Date: March 24th 18:00~20:00
Participation fee: 500 yen (with tea and sweets)
*Knit Cafe is not a classroom. If you have any questions about knitting, please ask for a ticket-based lesson or a beginner's lesson.
Regular class
Beginner classes are full on weekdays and Saturdays. If there is a vacancy, we will inform you on the blog and Twitter. Regular lessons in Kyoto have only one seat available on the second Tuesday.
There is one more seat left for the popular English pattern course, Kyoto Lesson. Click here for the latest information!
*Currently, all lessons in Kyoto are fully booked. The vacancies are updated from time to time, so please be sure to check the latest link.
We are planning to expand the number of lessons from around summer, so if your desired class is full, please wait a little longer.

April is also full of events. The first is an event related to amirisu magazine No. 7, which is scheduled to be released on April 4th.
7th issue release party @ WALNUT Kyoto
No. 7 works will be exhibited, related books will be introduced, and a knit cafe will be held.
