Introduction of Pippi Trousers ・I tried wearing various sizes
Finally, Pippi is a pair of straight elastic waist pants with pockets on both sides of the front. You can also pass the string through the waist part as an option.
Everyone thinks that these pants are the most difficult.
No no! This is actually the easiest technically. There are many parts and there are various processes, but it is easy to sew because there is no bias processing.
I made one too, and it was completed in one day.
The reason why I made Pipi is that I have tried to make pants several times, looked at sewing books and overseas patterns, but there are not many straight pants.
Is it because loose shapes are in fashion now? I wanted normal pants, so I made this shape.
However, I don't want it to be home wear, so I added back pockets and front pockets to make it look pretty.
The waist is elastic, so it's comfortable to wear! Once you get used to this rubber, you won't be able to wear anything else. Gradually, so did I.
As for the size, if you increase the size of these pants, they will turn into thicker pants. Because the waist is elastic, the waist can be adjusted later to your liking. If you want thick pants, just size up. It would be nice to cut the hem last!
For other sizes, please see the Pipi worn under Laura and Kiki, which I introduced the other day.
The fabric used is Daruma Fabric Chamomile . I also tried wearing Maha tops. Thick pants are just right!
