[Required for Holiday] WALNUT Tokyo Reservations

Reservation required for Walnut Tokyo if you are visiting on Saturdays and Japanese public holidays.

No action required if you are:

• Visiting on weekdays
• Visiting Walnut Kyoto

Thank you for always visiting WALNUT Tokyo.
Starting in January 2026, we will be operating on a reservation-only basis on Saturdays and Japanese public holidays.

This operation is in order to provide each customer with a enough space to look at the yarns and knitted samples.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

*Customers taking lessons or workshops can just come to the store without making a reservation.

[How to make a reservation]
From the "Schedule your time" button, please select your desired visit time.
Please enter your name and email address and press the "予約する / Confirm" button.

*You cannot make reservations for multiple people at once. You can only make a reservation for one person at a time . Even if you select two or more, the reservation will only be for one person.
* Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have made multiple reservations, please make sure you have received multiple emails.

[Reservation acceptance period]
Reservations are accepted from 12:00 noon (JST) two days before your visit, until closing time (or the end of the reservation slot) on the day of your visit.

For example, if you are coming on Saturday, we will start accepting reservations from 12:00 noon (JST) on Thursday.

[ Notes ]
・Please arrive within the time slot your reserved.
If you delay, we may not be able to accommodate you.

・Saturdays and Japanese public holidays require reservations.
We do not allow customers without reservations to enter the store.
You can come in on weekdays without making a reservation.

・Only the person who made the reservation can enter the store.
We apologize, but please do not bring guests / family members without a reservation into the store.
*Children under 12 years old may enter the store accompanied by a parent or guardian.

・You can visit Walnut Kyoto without making a reservation.
