Antigone is a 100% linen yarn. The flax grown with ancient methods that do not use any chemicals, in Normandy, France.
The name Antigone was named after a play written by Jean Anouilh, a French playwright .
Ten high-quality linen strands are combed and twisted together to create a smooth, silky finish.
The regular result with fine needles will be nice, but also recommended to use bigger sized needles to get the loose result and enjoy the natural drape of the yarn. We encourage you to try it with a variety of patterns.
Nice for spring/summer top or a cardigan for mid-seasons. It also can be suggested to use it for crocheting a bag.
The soft, lustrous yarn is the result of wet-spun method (a spinning method in which the yarn is immersed in water).
After being carefully spun in Lithuania, the yarn is twisted and dyed in Creuse, France.
To prevent the garment from losing its shape, hand wash or wash on the delicate cycle and lay flat to dry.
