We will be selling the Nonna Vest kit designed by Yuka Tomioka!

A delicate lace vest with a vintage feel.
The fine vertical lace, moderate V-neck, open front, and French sleeves are all well balanced and elegant elements make this a nostalgic yet sophisticated piece. It can be worn over a blouse or T-shirt, or over a sleeveless dress, and can be worn throughout the year.

Knit with De Rerum Natura Candide. A refreshing blend of 70% Arles Merino and 30% recycled cotton, it has a rustic feel. It is soft and elastic, and easy to knit lace patterns. The gentle coloring is a perfect match for the Nonna Vest.

Working from the bottom up, knit the placket at the same time with back and forth stitches. Once you have knitted down to the armpit, divide it into the left front body, the back body, and the right front body, and knit each up to the shoulder. Once both shoulders are closed, knit the left and right neckbands with back and forth stitches towards the center of the back neck to close them. Finally, pick up the stitches at the armholes and knit them with a twisted rib stitch to bind them off.
