About the Book
This is the third volume of Travel, a knitting book series featuring designs made with amirisu original yarns.
The Travel series is inspired by journeys—imagining what we would like to wear and knit while traveling to our favorite destinations.
The destination for Travel Vol. 3 is Kanazawa.
Kanazawa is a captivating city where exceptional food and art coexist. With the convenience of the Shinkansen, it has become an easy and appealing destination for a short getaway.
Blessed with fresh seafood, Kanazawa offers outstanding cuisine that can be enjoyed with confidence wherever you go. The city is also home to many cultural landmarks, including the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Ishikawa Prefectural Library, Kenrokuen Garden, and the D. T. Suzuki Museum. These cultural spaces are gathered within a compact area, creating a city filled with art, beauty, and refined aesthetics—making even a simple walk a delightful experience.
This volume was created while imagining time spent in a city surrounded by great food and beautiful culture.
We hope you enjoy this book as if you were traveling alongside us.
