June Skirt
The skirt’s textured fabric creates just the right weight, tracing a flattering silhouette without clinging. Radial patterns fanning toward the hem create a sleek vertical flow. When you pair it with the May Top, they will be a knit set-up that transforms from casual to chic depending on your choice of accessories and shoes. Designed to naturally accompany your everyday wear as well as slightly special moments, like a dinner with someone dear or a trip away.
A top-down, seamless skirt knitted throughout in a basket rib pattern. First, the waistband is worked in the round, then the skirt yoke is continued in the round without cutting the yarn. Short rows are used to create a difference in height between the front and back, and increases are worked at the front and back side dart areas to shape the hips. The skirt is knitted to the hem while making two rounds of increases along the way. An elastic band is lastly inserted into the waistband.
