A beautiful yoke sweater that looks like it's wrapped in a band of light. By repeating small, simple patterns, a motif that resembles the sparkle of a jewel is created. Since it is knitted with soft fingering yarn, it has a gentle, fluffy texture, making it a thin yet warm classic piece.
Knit top down. Cast-on and work short rows for shoulder shaping, then continue knitting the stitches up to two-thirds of the yoke while increasing. After finishing the yoke, separate the sleeves and knit each one in the round. Pick up from the collar and knit the neckband, and for the sleeves, knit a matching braid pattern with the yoke just before the cuffs.
