The design of Hmong is inspired by the traditional handicrafts, such as embroidery and indigo dyeing, of the Hmong people, an ethnic minority group said to have roots in China. The beautiful texture of the fabric is expressed through the colorwork.
Enjoy the beauty of handicrafts by knitting it.
The strap is worked with 1 x 1 ribbing. Stitches are picked up at around the center of the strap and increased to form gathers. Then the skirt is joined in the round to work and knit colorwork according to the charts. After the steek stitches are reinforced with a crochet hook, the piece is cut.
