1 × US7 (4.5mm) , 32” / 80cm circular needle or 4-bar needle (for sleeves) or a needle with a thickness that can be gauged

18 stitches & 25 rows = 4” / 10cm in MC knitting using US7 (4.5mm) needles

Chest circumference XS (S, M, L, XL) = 93 (102, 108, 116, 123) cm
+ 10 - 15 cm for allowance

The notebook body is knitted from the hem to the bottom up. Knitted from the armpits to rest the eyes.The sleeves are knitted from the cuffs to the armpits (2 pieces). The body and sleeves are knitted together to knit the yoke. After putting it on, knit a rubber collar.
