Socks with four layers of fluffy, frilly ruffles.
They look like the going-out socks you might have worn as a child. But the rib knitting keeps them neatly together, so adults can wear them too. They look great peeking out from the hem of a long skirt.
These socks are knit from the cuff down. The ruffles in the middle are made on separate needles and joined to the leg as you knit. The heel is a basic heel flap type.
