Whitby is a guernsey pattern sock knitted with amirisu Sprint.
The springy Sprint knitting makes the pattern stand out clearly. The subtle sheen of the wool makes the pattern look even more beautiful.
The yarn is sport weight and thick, so it's easy to knit and will keep you warm. The simple design makes it a great gift.
Start knitting from the cuff. Knit the leg in a the round while referring to the chart, and knit the heel flap back and forth. Pick up the gusset stitches from the heel flap, then knit the foot in the round to the toe. The pattern has options, so you can arrange the placement of the pattern stitches.
