This pullover has a striking, three-dimensional yoke pattern. While it may look complicated, it's surprisingly easy to crochet because you only use one color at a time. The cropped length and rounded sleeves are the key to the cuteness of this pullover. Depending on the color combination, it can be styled both casually and elegantly.
Voltaire is worked seamlessly from the top down, with increases incorporated into the circular yoke. After the yoke is completed, the body is worked first, with the ribbed hem worked perpendicularly to the bottom edge. The sleeves are worked from the yoke down and finished with a ribbed cuff. Finally, a ribbed collar is worked into the neck selvedge. Voltaire is worked in turned rounds.
