Sazanami is a simple, round-neck cardigan with a cute, bumpy texture on the body. The sleeves are made with smooth stockinette stitch, creating a nice contrast.
This cardigan is so versatile and goes with any outfit.
The front and back panels are knitted top-down from the shoulders. After knitting each front panel while increasing stitches for the neckline, the front and back panels are joined under the arms and knitted back and forth together. Pick up stitches from the panels to knit the sleeves. Finally, finish the neckline and front opening.
