Laura Vest, a vintage-like vest with a cute knit pattern.
It is easy to wear with a size that does not stick to your body. You can enjoy wearing it in a variety of ways by layering it over a simple shirt or dress.
The simple shape is packed with ground and cross patterns, making it fun to knit. Since it is knitted with elastic De Rerum Natura Gilliatt, the pattern knitting is fluffy and has a moderate thickness, so it can be worn for many seasons.
Two styles of vests can be knitted with this pattern. You can choose whichever you prefer, the double hem version, which has double hem and sleeves, or the simple ribbed hem version.
Knit the back body top down. After knitting to the bottom of the armhole, pick up the eyes from the shoulder and knit the left and right front bodies separately. Join at the tip of the V-neck and knit to the armholes, then join the front and back bodies and knit in a loop to the hem. Finish by picking up the stitches on the armholes.
